What happens if I am not in when my order arrives? (International Deliveries)

If you are not in when your order arrives, don’t worry as there are ways you can still get your parcel.

 

DPD


If your chosen courier is DPD, and you were not available when they tried to deliver, they may have left it with a neighbour and they should have left you a card confirming which neighbour if they have done this.

If for some reason, you had to go away when your parcel was due, DPD will try to deliver it the following day and if unable will then return it to us. In most instances, they will inform us of this pending return, and in such cases, we will contact you by email to advise you that DPD have tried to deliver, but were unable to do so, and we will request that you contact DPD to arrange a date suitable for yourself.

You will need to enter your tracking number that was provided to you on your dispatch confirmation. If you can’t find this, you can contact us on +44 1206 222018 and we will provide it to you.

If for any reason DPD do return the parcel to us, we will email you the day it arrives back in our warehouse and advise you of your options.

Parcelforce

 

If you have chosen Parcelforce to deliver your parcel and you are not available when they try to make the delivery, they will leave you a calling card to advise that they attempted this delivery.

They may try to deliver to a neighbour if you are not in, and if they do this, they will leave you a calling card to advise you.  If this is not possible or has been requested by you that the do not leave with a neighbour they will hold the parcel at their depot and wait for you to contact them on the details provided on the calling card.

Parcelforce may return the parcel to us if you do not collect it from them within their timeframe, which differs for each country so we would advise that you contact them as soon as possible.

Royal Mail

 

If you are not in when your local Postal Service try to deliver your parcel, we recommend that you contact your local postal service and provide them with your tracking number so that they can track your parcel. We are aware that each country has it’s own Postal Service, so we recommend that you contact your local Postal Service in the first instance and not Royal Mail.

If your item is being held by the local Postal Service and you do not collect it within the required timeframe, they may return it to us.

If for any reason they do return the parcel to us, we will email you the day it arrives back in our warehouse and advise you of your options.
